Home Care Services

Ease the Burden of Simple Daily Task

Home is where the heart is and there’s no place better than home to get the greatest personal care and managed home care services. Whether you or your loved one is in need of in-home care or simply in need of extra help at home. We provide the care you need in the comfort of your own home. In-home care takes care of you with one purpose in mind—to treat you like family.

Companion Care

Companion care provide company for older adults, especially those who are isolated at home because of frailty, cognitive impairments (such as mild- to moderate-stage Alzheimer’s disease), or because they live alone.

These caregivers keep a watchful eye, drive clients to appointments, safeguard someone unsteady on his or her feet, prepare light meals and snacks, and otherwise function as an extra set of hands, eyes, and feet for your loved one.

Companion care is ideal for someone who requires some light assistance, provides a social benefit, decreasing isolation and improving mood.

Personal Care

In addition to providing companion care, in-home caregivers offer assistance with all kinds of activities of daily living, from grocery shopping to non-medical personal care like toileting, dressing, grooming, and bathing. They can also provide temporary respite care for families.

Personal care assistants can also fill a need for seniors who are starting to have difficulties maintaining their home or completing all ADLs independently, but who do not yet need the full-time assistance.

In addition to assistance with ADLs, personal care assistants can arrange for meal preparation, and any other type of non-medical assistance your loved one may need in order to live at home longer.

Hourly

Hourly Care is the perfect choice for those who require assistance a few hours a day or all day with activities of daily living. By helping with daily activities, our caregivers enable clients to maintain their normal daily routines. Hourly home care allows clients to use our caregivers on an hourly basis. Surrounded by their possessions, pets, and a familiar environment, our clients receive the support they need to enjoy their regular activities and continue living well at home. Hourly home care offers a dignified choice to those who want to remain independent at home. With as little as 3-4 hour or long as 8-12 hour assistance from a professional caregiver per day, the client can maintain their daily routines.

Respite

Respite Care is highly beneficial to family caregivers who need a break, patients recovering from surgery, for example, and assistance is needed temporarily, we can provide in-home care during this transitional time. Many times short-term assistance is needed for your loved ones. This may include part-time services during the day or evening, a few hours a week or overnight, a short period of weeks or months. Our respite care is temporary and can be arranged on a temporary basis with no obligation. Our caregivers will offer emotional support, reduce falls risk and assist in all activities of daily living. We also complement hospice care services so a patient can be cared for in their home during trying times.
