Welcome
The purpose of this orientations is to give new employees important information about our workspace policies and procedures. Orientation is mandatory and must be completed within three days of hire. You will be removed from the schedule if you do not complete the orientation assessment.
Our new hires, employee orientation is a one-time event that welcomes new employees to TruFaith Home Care. It's more general in focus. Conversely, employee onboarding helps new hires become aware of our policies, procedures and how to be a successful employees.
Orientation Onboard Assessment
After completing the online orientation, it is mandatory that you complete this assessment ON or BEFORE your first day as a TruFaith Home Care Employee.
Work Schedule
Work schedules are a simple way to monitor your productivity and help motivate you to remain focused on priorities. Scheduling creates an order and a flow the team. Everyone knows when they're supposed to work and ensures the important tasks are covered at appropriate times. Being on time helps you make a great impression by showing the other person you respect their valuable time. When you are punctual, it signals that you care for your team members and you take your job seriously. Only selected client schedules will be listed.
An incident report form must be completed for all occurrences involving a client, employee or family member that is not consistent with regular routine, regardless of whether or not there was an apparent injury or other damage.
Job descriptions provide a clear understanding of what the duties and responsibilities are for the position and what it may involve or require. It is to help identify particular skills or abilities that are necessary for the position.
Time Off Notice is an important factor in maintaining the required manpower to efficiently care for clients. TruFaith Home Care has modified time off request form to assist with helping with coverage.
The purpose of our attendance policy is to highlight the importance of employees being present for work on time, every day. Employees must be aware that regular attendance and punctuality optimizes productivity and any deviation will result in a breakdown in the team
Our staff welcomes you to TruFaith Home Care, LLC! This handbook was developed to outline the policies available to eligible employees. By law, OSHA requires that employers provide bloodborne pathogens training to all employees, volunteers, and others who are exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) in the workplace. BBP certification is critical for protecting the safety and health of professionals, since it teaches them how to guard against infection and other pathogen dangers. Ultimately, this training ensures employees are qualified to work in this specialized environment.
Now that we know TB screening is mandatory, we must follow up with prevention and awareness for the staff and clients. A tuberculosis (TB) infection control training is to ensure the following: prompt detection of infectious TB patients, airborne precautions.
